Job Responsibilities
Lead user-centered research sessions to articulate customer needs and wants for a personal finance curriculum.Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and validate design direction.Analyze qualitative studies and quantitative data to generate strategic insights and recommendations for product improvement.Recruit, schedule, and lead user-centered research sessions.Create, apply, and adapt research techniques.Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy.Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.Communicate findings and insights effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience as a UX researcherStrong passion for personal finance and EdTechExcellent communication and presentation skills.
