Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.The Associate Director is responsible for executing strategies including negotiating scatter needs NS analyzing the need for implementing allocation and billing tools to facilitate smooth transition from buy to air. The AD is also responsible for the training and guidance of Managers and Associates in all aspects of their tasks.Role Objectives:Develop and deliver POV/position papers on key issues/opportunitiesOversee brand allocations and corporate ownershipManage Tardiis allocationsCheck that schedules are inputted correctlyCreate documents for Mission ControlReview/assist in post buy analysisAnalyze ADU packagesQualifications 4+ years of experience in media, national broadcast preferred; online video is a plusStrong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiencySolid verbal and written communication skillsTechnical proficiency, particularly with the following tools:Mediaocean, MBOXThird-party ad measurement and traffic tools (e.g.Integral Ad Science)Excel, Word, PowerPointDemonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressureDemonstrates leadership skillsStronger than average negotiation skills due to high volume of scatterAccount industry knowledge helpful, but not requiredAdditional Information This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
