Pitch Extreme Music’s catalog to advertising agency, film, corporate, and new media clients. Deliver consistently against monthly and annual sales targets. Strong emphasis on outbound client interactions in the form of face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails. Identify growth potential within existing client base by analyzing CRM data. Partner with the broader sync team to develop and implement strategies for client outreach. Negotiate all aspects of synchronization licenses, including fees and terms. Anticipate client’s creative needs, and proactively provide new and existing releases accordingly. Ability to interpret music briefs provided by clients and perform music searches. Utilize prospecting tools and resources, as well as trade publications to identify potential sales opportunities. Educate potential users on the best music formats and means of accessing the catalog, perform in person and virtual website demos.Provide feedback on the catalog and ideas for the development of new releases based on production trends and client requests. Assist in training and development of junior U.S. sync team members. Participate in the planning, coordinating and execution of client events.Who You Are: (

3-5 years’ experience in a sales capacity with customer service skills Extensive and proven track record of proactively pitching and landing syncs in various visual media. Established network of ad agency, music supervisor, and new media contacts. Knowledge of music licensing, copyright, and the evolving advertising and film industries. Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail oriented. Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manor, excellent problem solver. Self-motivated, self-starter, and takes responsibility/ownerships of tasks. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Passionate about Music. Must have reliable transportation for client meetings. Some travel required. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience using CRM a plus. 7.5 hour business workday but variations in work volume frequently requires. extended working hours for evening, late-night and/or weekend events.What We Give You:

This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
