Core ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and other designers to define, design, and refine user-facing products.Design for both mobile and desktop environments and ensure a consistent experience across different platforms and different audiences (poster, expert, customer, admin, etc).Identify the various scenarios a user may encounter and define an end-to-end experience that accommodates them.Deliver polished visual solutions for web and mobile apps that are obvious, elegant, and delightfulWork with the design team to build a comprehensive design system of repurposable patterns and components.

RequirementsYou understand and apply principles of human-centered design and design thinking.You care for visual design and things like grids, typography, and aesthetics.You are comfortable taking a feature from definition, to exploration & discovery, to interaction design, to final visual execution and have worked in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, agile environment.You have the ability to clearly communicate and defend your design decisions.You have an interest in human psychology and social mechanics and know ways to apply any learnings to your work in order to plan and influence the user experience.You have a minimum of 3 years experience designing digital products and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to haves :Graphic/ Illustration skills are a big plus.Animation and motion design would be an exciting bonus.You are comfortable writing clear and concise UI micro-copy.
