This is an exciting time to join Cochlear as we implement our new operating model and focus on accelerating our global Digital Marketing capability and capacity to meet both our short-term and long-term growth.This role is responsible for providing strong leadership across our Digital Marketing teams (circa 30 people) to enable delivery of our omni channel marketing campaigns, as well as designing and implementing the Digital Marketing strategy and global operations, ‘follow-the-sun’ model to support its successful execution and enablement of key countries and regions.This role provides leadership across the following areas:Marketing Technology and AnalyticsDigital Marketing – OutboundDigital Marketing – InboundDigital Experience (Cochlear.com)Responsibilities include:Development of the Digital Marketing Strategy to deliver growth outcomes for both the immediate and longer-term horizon.Triage and prioritise enhancements to Digital Marketing capabilities through accountability and responsibility for the Digital Marketing Accelerator that enables digital projects to move through the delivery process more quickly.Shape a future state digital marketing enablement organisation.Develop and manage digital marketing budgets (within the global marketing budget) and investment cases.Incorporate and adapt the model and associated technologies as the digital marketing technology evolves and changes (e.g., AI)Development of the global operations model to support Cochlear’s digital marketing strategy.Develop and implement the global operations / ‘follow-the-sun’ model to support the successful execution of the Digital Marketing strategy and enablement of key countries and regions; and identify and track KPIs to measure performance.Prioritise the initiatives and operations changes over the short- and longer-term horizons, to deliver maximum efficiency and effectiveness across digital marketing.Advance the team’s ways of working to realise a true global enablement model, including a strong connection of resources located in key countries/regions for in-time-zone support.Lead the Digital Marketing team to be a highly skilled, engaged and high-performance team:Provide leadership to the sub-team responsible for the company’s marketing technologies and data used to engage our customers in omni-channel campaigns and interactions.Provide leadership to the sub-teams responsible for Cochlear’s digital and omni-channel marketing operations for a portfolio of geographies and business units so that established performance KPIs from the strategy are delivered.About You.As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.
