Description

The Director of Digital Marketing position is responsible for owning, developing, and delivering an omni-channel marketing strategy. Oversight on marketing initiatives and execution are also a critical part of the role. As a distributor, Roth Living always leverages Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove’s marketing efforts within the fourteen-state region to increase brand awareness. The role works in collaboration with IT, sales, and finance to drive strategic solutions. Manages small marketing team.

Responsibilities

Omni Channel Optimization: execute and create plan for drive demand for brand preference through media, websites, social media, and CRM along with marketing automation

Management of marketing software platforms

Explore and improve technology utilized to target all audiences (dealers, consumers, and trade professionals)

Leverage marketing opportunities within the sales funnel to drive conversion

Map consumer journey and behaviors, iterate plans as they change

Utilize analytics to track, measure, and compare marketing investments

Own and plan strategies to campaign to all channels

Develop marketing strategies to launch new products, load the sales funnel and drive showroom traffic

Communicate plans with leadership and report results

Partner with internal resources (IT, Finance, HR) to stay current with new enterprise products, technical and marketing solutions

Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related field required

5+ years’ experience in digital marketing

Previous management experience is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Understanding of marketing trends and integration with technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Solution-oriented mindset
