$70,000 - $130,000 DOEJob DescriptionCreate workflow diagrams, wireframes, and screen designs for enterprise and mobile applicationsFacilitate research exercises such as Feature ideation workshops, Stakeholder & User interviews, or other exercises in the design sprint methodologyProduce research artifacts like personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, etcExperience designing for different platforms; mobile; tablet; and desktopExperience designing and creating prototypes with tools like Figma, Axure, InVision, Principle, etc.Participate in design review meetings with clients and internal teamsMeeting with clients to exceed design expectations, while being sensitive to how their needs may impact the development timeline, etc.Documenting project requirements in the form of feature lists, wireframe annotations, and User Stories.QualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in Visual and UX (or Interaction Design) with emphasis in human-centered design methodsBachelor's Degree in interaction design, cognitive science, visual design, game design, cognitive psychology, sociology, or related disciplinesAn inspiring portfolio that showcases your process, problem solving capabilities, and visual design prowessExperience working in complex, technical environmentsAbility to understand business goals and craft intuitive solutions for complex problemsExpert with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other design toolsAbility to create interactive high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, InVision, Axure, Framer, Principle or similar toolsAbility to promote and champion your design solutions based on reason, research, and dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a product owner capacity (preferred)Motion graphics or UI animation experience (preferred)Working knowledge of front-end development technologies and frameworks (preferred)Experience building complex design systems and component libraries (preferred)All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to
