Senior Manager - Influencer MarketingInfluencer Strategy Development & ExecutionDevelop and execute a scalable influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand values and goals,supporting both product launches and evergreen moments.Optimize strategy using data analysis and KPIs to measure campaign success.Budget Management:Manage the influencer marketing budget to maximize ROI.Track budget allocations for partnerships and activations.Influencer and Ambassador Identification and OutreachResearch and prospect influencers across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Substack,Newsletters, etc.).Build and manage relationships with both new and existing influencers.Grow and oversee the ambassador program, recruiting and monitoring performance.Influencer Campaign Management and ReportingOnce talent is identified, manage contract negotiation, the entire content creation process* from briefing tocontent reviews/approvals, go-live, and reporting on partnership performance with pre-identified KPI's.*This involves ensuring that the content aligns with brand guidelines, meets quality standards, and isdelivered within specified timelines to achieve campaign objectives effectively.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with social media, PR, product marketing, and creative teams for cohesive campaign execution.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.Additional ResponsibilitiesManage evergreen and campaign gifting initiatives.Collaborate on influencer retention tactics.Oversee influencer relationships and data within CRM platforms.Assist in creative research and project management for mailer development.Share key learnings with leadership.Attend events and support experiential projects as needed.Co-manage marketing interns.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3-5 years of successful influencermarketing experience.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Creative thinker with innovative campaign ideas.Analytical skills to measure and report on performance.Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
