Job Overview:The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, drive conversions, customer acquisition and increase customer retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for email marketing, a strong understanding of best practices, and the ability to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, driving conversions, and retention.Manage the end-to-end email marketing process, including campaign planning, content creation, scheduling, deployment, automation, segmentation, API integration, and performance tracking.Create engaging and relevant email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, event invitations, ticket sales, event registrations, and personalized communications.Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns that resonate with different audience segments.A/B test subject lines, content, and designs to optimize email performance, increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of email campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, content, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration of email marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategy.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to keep our campaigns fresh, innovative, and competitive.Manage email marketing tools, platforms, and vendors to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage advanced features and capabilities with our email platform. Will need experience with Klaviyo and Customer.io.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Customer.io and Klaviyo) and marketing automation tools, with hands-on experience in campaign creation, segmentation, and analytics.Strong understanding of email marketing principles, tactics, and best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, deliverability, and compliance.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and ROI.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content that resonates with target audiences.
