As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and crafting print and digital projects for all PS&E properties such as print ads, collateral pieces, billboards, promotional items, web graphics/ads, sponsorship presentations and more.

What you'll be doing:

Developing graphics packages for a wide range of media including social, web, email, apparel, outdoor, marketing promotions, and game presentation needs.Covering Detroit Pistons, Motor City Cruise, and Pistons GT games in real-time to support our social and other owned media channelsFacilitating project requests from departments across the Pistons organization, including Partnerships, Membership, Marketing, Game Presentation, Retail, Basketball Operations, HR, and others.Collaborating across Brand Marketing verticals on design and activation strategiesPrinting and producing collateral within the in-house print shop

What we're looking for:

Enthusiastic creative who is passionate about both their design craft and the sports and entertainment industryTo ensure consistency in visual voice across all marketing and communications channels, must be comfortable working within the confines of the Pistons and Motor City Cruise campaign standardsA strong portfolio that showcases refined design skills, inspired creative vision, strong technical skill, a demonstrated understanding of layout design, and alignment with brand standardsExperienced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and LightroomDemonstrated UI and digital design experience for the range of marcomm platforms including web, email, app, social, and OOH preferredExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailHard-working fast paced, high volumeGraphic Design/Visual Communications degree or equivalent work experience.1-3 years of experience in a design role is preferred.Must be available to work 40 hours per week, unless otherwise agreed upon with their supervisor. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessaryMust have reliable transportation to and from The Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center and Little Caesars Arena.
