Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Sr. Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about creating impactful content and developing and executing a world-class content marketing strategy that builds our brand, scales digital marketing, and positions NCFDD as a market leader. You should love researching, writing, editing, and sharing stories that will resonate with our target audience (higher education faculty and administrators). You'll be excited about testing new ideas, leading change management efforts, and engaging with our audience to continuously learn and improve our approach. You're a creative and strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from high-level strategy to hands-on execution - driving our content engine, brand, and digital channels.

Responsibilities:Craft and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy and content calendar to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across owned and earned channels.Navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content, leveraging thought leaders within and outside of the organization, developing repeatable processes, and maximizing output with optimal resource utilization.Identify key thought leadership opportunities to establish our company as a trusted voice and market leader, leveraging industry experts and our partner community to enhance our brand positioning and domain authority.Partner with other departments - customer success, data team, SEO/web team, demand generation, and sales - to ensure the content strategy aligns with overall company goals and resonates with our individual and institutional members.Monitor content performance analytics, provide actionable insights, and refine the content strategy to support generating awareness and driving inbound traffic.About You:

Experience in content marketing roles, ideally in a high-growth company that includes both B2B and B2C marketing.Proven experience in content production, understanding how to produce high-quality, SEO-driven content efficiently.Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and alignment to determine and achieve organizational priorities.Experience shaping a brand's footprint through multiple content channels and multimedia platforms.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools is a plus.A background in SaaS, B2B, or the higher education industry is a bonus.Benefits:
