That's what we do every day!The AMGTA seeks a multi-faceted Marketing Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of activity to engage our current members, prospective members, partners, and industry leaders in our efforts.The person selected for this role will be part of a small, nimble team for which no task is too big or too small, no two days will be the same, and your creative ideas will be welcome and necessary. The role requires a keen ability to see both opportunities and challenges through all the clutter. Bring your sharp business acumen and marketing skills and we can teach you the rest.This role is based in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, FL area. This is a full-time, in-person position and may include occasional domestic or international travel.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute specific engagement activities including LinkedIn presence, member newsletter, website contentExecute a member communications strategy to inform, engage, and provide value to our members while elevating the profile of the associationAssist in organizing and executing our member summit eventsPrepare or contribute to presentations materials, press releases, articlesThis role with work cross-functionally with no direct reportsQualifications, Abilities and Skills:Enthusiasm for a role that is driving better practices to address global environmental impactsA can-do, self-starting, and entrepreneurial spirit drawing energy from the innovative space we occupy to drive changeRelevant college degree and/or experience to deliver on the responsibilities and expectations of the roleExcellent written and oral communications skills for a wide range of audiencesAbility to craft an effective message for a specific audience or a broad inclusive audienceAbility to manage time-critical projects, and the ability to realign priorities and resourcesKeen eye for detailWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility and willingness to travel if needed - no more than 1-2 times per yearAbility to prioritize and work on a variety of projects simultaneously, adjust to changing priorities, meet deadlines and objectivesComfortable working in an environment that can be ambiguous, evolving, build-as-we-go, and at times without complete informationNot required but a plus:*Experience working for a member-based or trade association, or other non-profit*Experience in corporate responsibility, corporate sustainability, ESG, EHS*Experience in additive manufacturing, other manufacturing practices, or supply chainWork Environment:While this is an in-person, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm role, you can expect flexibility and we will expect flexibility to accommodate virtual meetings in various global time zones, and occasional travelCompensation and Benefits:Salary starting at $70,000, to be commensurate with experience, education, and abilitiesHealth Insurance401(k)Vacation and paid holidays
