About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for an inspiring, executional and brand leader to drive our brand evolution and story in a dynamic environment. Key to this role is shaping NewtonX's narratives and story, in addition to owning and managing the brand. You will be responsible for the verbal and visual identity and its evolution, with the responsibility to communicate how to use the brand to the entire organization. You will also lead content development that will be the foundation of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding the customer, storytelling and the power of a strong brand. The Senior Manager of Brand and Content will lead the Brand Marketing team at NewtonX and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities

This position has a wide communications remit in order to ensure success. The right candidate will oversee all corners of the GTM brand.Collaborate on annual marketing strategy and execution plan.Responsible for evolving and implementing the brand strategy and identity across all touch points.A natural story-teller, you can apply our verbal identity and infuse the value of NewtonX into every piece of content whether authored or just edited.Lead a communications and thought leadership strategy that elevates NewtonX, increases its reach, and further establishes expertise and credibility. Subsequently, you can set and manage a high-volume publishing calendar across channels, serving multiple teams needs.Provide creative direction and manage a designer in addition to contractors and agencies deliverables.Partner closely with Revenue Marketing to ensure Brand Marketing supports ads, search, seo, email and event strategy, content and creative while managing multiple deliverables on tight timelines.Provide guidance and oversight to ensure alignment and consistency with NewtonX's core messaging across a range of outward-facing materials.Develop and track metrics for success and engagement of Brand Marketing's work and tie it back to industry benchmarks, business performance and Marketing dept goals.Lead cross functional work streams with People & Talent to support our employer brand and CSR efforts, and partner with Product to inform our GTM and Professionals survey and expert interview experience.Oversee brand governance and creative operation efforts to ensure the brand is used consistently across different groups of stakeholders who need different levels of access and training.About You

6-8+ years of communication and marketing experience, writing, editing and managing a brand and campaigns.Experience working in B2B Marketing and Account Based Marketing strategies and tools is a plus but not required.Proficient in marketing and design tools such as Hubspot, Figma, Demandbase, Google Analytics, Adobe CCStrength operating in a high-paced, multi-issue environment, in which work is often responsive to news cycles and industry trends.You are curious and a natural relationship builder.You are a strong writer and with a good sense of design and usability.The idea of building something from scratch excites you.Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with C-Suite internally and externally.You are super organized and can manage and delegate a high-volume of deliverables across many stakeholders.Based in NYC preferred but not required.What we offer
