Position Description

LGCY Power is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to work closely with our marketing and customer service teams. The Customer Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external departments to create and execute effective marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience, retention, and growth. This position is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive customer marketing programs, from email campaigns to customer research, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns.Manage customer lifecycle marketing and upsell strategies.Create customer-facing marketing materials, including fliers and leave-behinds.Conduct customer surveys and analyze the results.Perform customer experience research and implement improvements.Lead Voice of Customer (VoC) research initiatives.Develop and manage retention marketing efforts, including emails and mailers.Generate customer reviews and testimonials.Plan and execute advertisement campaigns.Develop website messaging, content, copy, and strategy.Provide marketing support for partners and canvassing teams.Create and implement marketing plans to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Prioritize the experience and growth of existing customers through effective customer outreach programs.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and discover new ways to increase engagement.Prepare and present reports on campaign outcomes as well as potential resolutions to better support our customers.Createcustomer education programs to encourage customer knowledge about our products and services.Encourage customers to act as advocates for your brand by creating and maintaining customer advocate program.Any other duties assigned.Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related role.Experience with customer marketing for solar.Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.Experience in customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using marketing tools and software.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.What We Offer
