The Digital Marketing Assistant is a full-time, seasonal position within the Marketing Department of the Anaheim Ducks and focuses on assisting the needs of the digital marketing team. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and assists with the day-to-day execution and evaluation of various digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to in-office tasks such as:Build and maintain email communicationsManage subscription listsReport on email and other digital marketing campaignsCreate forms and landing pages for lead-generation projectsCompile surveys and questionnaires as neededUtilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to review and optimize campaignsAssist with various digital marketing campaigns as neededWork with other departments to complete multiple projectsOther duties as assignedSkills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experienceKnowledge of Oracle Eloqua or another email marketing system is strongly preferredExperience working with digital marketing campaignsStrong Microsoft Excel skillsKnowledge of current digital marketing trends; not required but preferredKnowledge of Google Analytics; not required but preferredKnowledge of Shopify; not required but preferredBasic Adobe Photoshop skills; not required but preferredExperience working with ESPs / MAPs; not required but preferredAble to work independently and in a team environmentProfessional and personal integrityProactive mentality with the ability to multi-taskSelf-motivated with the ability to learn quicklyEffective time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oralEffective time management and organizational skillsAble to work a flexible schedule with working nights preferredEnthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the Anaheim Ducks, hockey, and sports in general
