The Facilities Management Design Project Manager provides technical and design expertise and team leadership in project management, design, building code requirements, and construction methodology. The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction and oversight of facilities-related projects from design development to close-out. Key tasks and activities address changing business needs to support strategic Bank growth and/or other business objectives.

Key Activities Include:

With limited management direction and oversight, you will be responsible for the project management of moderate to large scale projects ranging from office remodels to major renovation and technical projects. Key activities include strategic space planning, furniture and fixture procurement, construction documentation with AutoCAD software, and budget development.

Project tasks will also include project initiation, programming and design, scheduling, move coordination, procurement, contractor management, project monitoring, and close-out procedures. You should be knowledgeable of interior design principles, construction methods, and jurisdictional codes. You will be expected to provide technical expertise, project oversight, and coordination to all external architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project plans, specifications, and requirements are followed. You will be responsible for managing all contracts, change orders, invoices, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or a related business field is strongly preferred.Typically requires at least three years of interior design or architecture related experience, including project management, space planning and AutoCAD.Good knowledge of building and life safety code standards.Strong knowledge, understanding, and interpretation of construction documents.Knowledge of budget and accounting principles and systems.High level of initiative with the ability to multitask and use time efficiently to meet deadlines.Additional Information:

Pay Range:

The starting pay range for this position is $63,600 to $101,800 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate's qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
