Telemundo Kansas City is seeking a Media Sales Assistant to support our operations in Kansas City, Minneapolis, and Portland, OR. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative functions supporting sales operations for three stations
- Executes order entry and traffic instruction application
- Fulfills accounts receivable duties
- Provides reporting and manages files
- Supports all other account maintenance tasks
- Assists in sales presentation and proposal building
- Works closely with other station departments and performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support; sales support experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Tech Savvy; skilled in using office equipment, devices, and other technology
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with media software such as OSI-Adconnections or WideOrbit-Media Sales a plus
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish a plus
