This role requires a collaborative and experienced professional with a deep understanding of brand management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and implement impactful communications strategies across PR and social.This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a growing team looking to elevate the Simply Business brand. You will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and you will work in close cross-functional partnership with teams inside and outside of marketing.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand communications strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and resonates with target audiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand identity across all channelsCraft compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our value proposition and key differentiatorsDevelop an annual plan / communications calendar that contemplates PR/media relations, key industry events, owned social media channels, as well as website, and marketing materialsManage the development and execution of brand communications campaigns, including advertising, social media, public relations, and thought leadership initiativesMonitor and measure the performance of brand communications efforts, utilizing data and insights to optimize strategies and tacticsStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in brand communicationsManage agency relationships and external vendors to ensure the effective execution of brand communications initiativesPresent brand communications strategies and results to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of communications efforts on business goalsQualifications:

10+ years of experience in brand communications, PR and social mediaProven track record of developing and executing successful brand communications strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channelsStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with data analysis and performance trackingAbility to work proactively, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth companyA collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPassionate about brand storytelling and building strong brand identitiesCreative and innovative thinker, with a strong point of view on messaging and creative expressionData-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on measurable impactAdaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentA strong desire to learn and grow, and to contribute to the success of a dynamic and mission-driven companyPreferred Qualifications

Experience in the insurance or financial services industryExperience working with B2B brandsExperience managing agencies or external vendors
