Edwards is looking for an agile, goal-oriented and experienced marketer to join the global downstream organization in its efforts to boldly drive the successful commercialization of the TMTT portfolio globally. In this role you be part of a team planning and execution global commercialization of groundbreaking therapies. This role will be a key player in the early launch and global marketing planning and execution- driving strategy of positioning, messaging, campaign, claims, and asset creation and approval.

How you will make an impact:

Develop and lead in the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for major product launches or programs and initiativesBuild relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and understand current market environment and competitionDevelop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for multiple major product launches or programs and initiativesDevelop product materials and programs that support product launch and commercialization strategies for multiple major product launches or programs and initiativesLead major projects for the Congress Management processDrive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for multiple major product launches or programs and initiativesLead the execution of a multiple major product launch or programs and initiatives in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate including salesforce readiness (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)Propose and manage budgets related to product line, campaigns and projectsLead significant process or corporate initiatives that impact and bring value to the marketing organizationOther Incidental DutiesThis is an on-site role based in our corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA.

What you’ll need (required):

Bachelor's Degree in related fieldMinimum of 10 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industry or Master's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience working in marketing or healthcare industry

For California, the base pay range for this position is $138,000 to $196,000 (highly experienced).
