General Manager
is responsible for driving growth and revenue at the studio, including memberships, sales packages, and retail. In this role, you will drive all parts of the sales funnel, from leads through closing sales, set and supervise goals, lead a sales team, coordinate events, and ensure customer service and operational excellence for an exceptional Club Pilates experience. 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience preferredConfident in personal sales and supervising Sales RepsAbility to manage multiple revenue streamsPrevious management experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSolution-oriented, results-driven, competitiveAffinity and passion for fitnessStrong writing and grammar skillsHighly organized, proficient in data managementProfessional, punctual, reliable, detail-orientedTrustworthy and handles confidential informationProficient with computers and Studio softwareCollege Degree Preferred*Full-time position with flexible schedule requirements.DUTIES
