Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer who can spearhead product launches, manage release communications, and enhance sales effectiveness through competitive intelligence and enablement.

As a strategic member of the team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape positioning & messaging, launch strategy, and competitive intelligence. You will work closely with all GTM teams, and create new content that drives pipeline growth, accelerates buying decisions, and has a lasting impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Research & Analysis: You will become an expert on competitor products, positioning, and trends. Conduct win/loss analysis, identify differentiators, and share insights across functions while providing strategic recommendations.Project/Program Management: You will collaborate cross-functionally to create cross-functional GTM plans and enable GTM teams. Align with and hold a cross-functional team to strict deadlines. Work with subject matter experts and department leaders to build solutions, align on strategy and execute GTM activities. Lead cross-functional tiger teams and drive strategic success through influence. Define and align the team around SMART goals.Positioning & Messaging: You will define the market position for new solutions and support it with research. Create compelling messaging that articulates the value and impact of new solutions and supports defined positioning.Content & Storytelling: You will clearly articulate complex ideas or processes so that they appear simple and are easily understood. Build engaging content and collateral for internal enablement and use with prospects, customers, and partners. Comfortably present to groups of over 50 people, internally and externally.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product marketingMarketing and/or product management experience with a company that sells B2B solutions for sales and/or marketingDeep understanding of the sales and marketing SaaS technology landscape

Research

You have expert research and analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative)You can hold successful customer interviews

Management

You are a highly organized planner, detail-oriented, clear communicator, excellent time management, and self-driven to deliver upon commitmentsYou can manage several simultaneous projects and programsYou've successfully launched new products and features to market to drive revenue and adoptionYou know how to work cross-functionality with product, sales, enablement, customer success, and marketing

Communication

You have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging presentationsYou can clearly articulate complex ideas, processes, or technical solutions so clearly that they appear simple and are easily understoodYou can design and present compelling enablement content that effectively trains GTM teams on new products & featuresYou have proven experience in content creation—including solution briefs, case studies, pitch decks, and videosYou can comfortably present to groups of over 50 people, internally and externally

Adaptability & Passion

You have experience performing in a fast-paced environmentYou love and understand the sales technology landscapeYou have a “get stuff done” attitude. You take the initiative, overcome obstacles, and utilize every available resource to be successful and win as a team

Technical Expertise

You are an expert with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Microsoft Word/Google DocsYou have experience working within SalesforceYou have hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools, such as Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesloft, and Outreach
