As a UX researcher you will be responsible for maintaining a library of external devices for demos and assisting with user research. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, can work closely with a variety of devices, and understands technical specifications of various AR devices. Strong project management skills will be crucial to stay organized and liaise with various teams and other researchers for demos and use of these devices. You'll also have the opportunity to work independently on identifying research opportunities, carrying out research, and informing our understanding of the market.

Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Responsibilities:Oversee external devices, including setup, troubleshooting, inventory management, and creating spec sheetsCollaborate both independently and with others to develop and execute research roadmaps, covering qualitative and quantitative studiesLead research studies across all stages of product developmentContribute to product strategy, execution and go-to-market planningSkills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearlyProficient in analyzing and solving technical issues, troubleshooting devices, and providing solutionsTech savviness and ability to works hands-on with trouble shooting devicesDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectivelyStrong project management and organization skillsProficiency in data analysis, using numbers to inform decisions and support hypothesesAbility to craft compelling narratives to engage diverse audiencesComfortable making independent decisions while balancing competing demandsProficiency in thinking outside the box and approaching problems from innovative anglesFamiliarity with augmented reality (AR) technology and artificial intelligence (AI) conceptsEducation/Experience:BA/BS in a human behavior related field, such as human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science, media studies, computer science, or economics5+ years of UX research experienceLocation : Burlingame, CARole type:
