This role is for a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring the seamless creation, management, and delivery of web content across our digital platforms. This role requires independent work with cross-functional teams to identify and address missing assets, promote best practices, and ensure the highest quality of web content. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in enterprise-level content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress, and will play a crucial role in maintaining consistency and quality across our website.

This includes QA and final delivery/release.Work independently with cross-functional teams to identify missing assets, gaps in builds or processesEducate partners on Web Experience Management readiness and content hand-off best practices.Promote consistency across our website and ensure adherence to best practices in digital productionProblem Solving and Quality Assurance:Identify potential roadblocks and address them proactively to prevent obstaclesSolve problems quickly and accurately, ensuring smooth project executionUnderstand and apply best practices in digital production, including information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics, A/B testing, development, and QAContent Management Systems Expertise:Execute complex and technically challenging solutions using AEM and WordPressUnderstand the limitations and possibilities of our content management system and propose solutions without compromising system integrityMentor interns and junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional developmentCollaboration and Innovation:Explain best practices and concepts to partners, highlighting their impact on customer experience and business outcomesBuild on others' ideas and suggestions to enhance project outcomesIdentify gaps in content hand-off processes and educate partner teams on addressing these gaps before WEM handoffUnderstands creative process from design to delivery across multiple teams (Strategy, Analytics, UX, Design, Content, SEO, Localization)Requirements:4-6 years of experience in web productionAdvanced authoring skills in enterprise-level content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPressExperience hand-coding semantically correct HTML and CSS in an enterprise CMS environment (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, OpenCMS, Joomla, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.)Proven ability to execute complex and technically challenging solutions in content managementProven track record of managing high-quality enterprise web content projects from inception to completionStrong understanding of digital production best practices and the ability to integrate various aspects of web development and designExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutionsExperience mentoring and guiding junior team membersStrong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts and best practices to non-technical partnersAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, promoting collaboration and consistencyStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
