The TikTok copyright team is responsible for building a global digital media copyright ecosystem around short video content, and is committed to serving copyright owners, copyright holders, content creators, TikTok users and TikTok to create a multi-win environment and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the short video content copyright industry. Our mission is to create a pluralistic and win-win digital copyright ecology based on TikTok to stimulate content creation and enrich life.
Responsibilities• Responsible for TikTok's server-side development work.• According to product requirements, design technical solutions, coding and testing, deliver features.• Continue to optimize, iterate, and upgrade system architecture, improve stability and scalability.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.• 1~5 years of industry experience, proficient in one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.• Familiar with MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, message queues and other open source components.• Strong sense of responsibility for the product, with good communication and collaboration skills.• Excellent logic analysis ability, able to make reasonable abstraction and splitting of business logic.
Preferred Qualifications• Experience in research and development of copyright/media/streaming/film integrated business.• Sensitive to data, with good data analysis and data mining skills.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $250000 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer the following benefits to eligible employees:We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
