InSite Property Group is seeking a creative, driven, highly motivated, and hard-working individual to join our team to help us drive our customer acquisition strategy for SecureSpace Self Storage.

Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.As theSenior Marketing Operations Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy. You will lead a remote and talented marketing team, leveraging your expertise across driving top of funnel MQL’s/SQL’s, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, growth hacking, product marketing, organic search, social media, and influencer marketing to create and implement innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.Key responsibilities:Manage and lead a marketing team to ensure our marketing objectives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.KPIs that you will own, measure, and answer to include organic traffic growth and rankings, social media engagement, reputation management, offline marketing lead generation, website structure and content, content generation and social posting, email/sms marketing, media creation including offline marketing and print materials.Define and implement our demand generation strategy, set and deliver on lead gen targets, and develop reporting on the conversion funnel and all demand gen activities including top of awareness, middle of funnel consideration and bottom of funnel conversion.Execute, manage, and optimize our demand generation with an emphasis on driving qualified top and mid-funnel leads from our target audiences.Build a leading brand that customers trust and want to be a part of through executing branding, positioning, messaging etc.Design, execute, and monitor a data-driven, analytics-first growth marketing strategy that is focused on revenue outcomes.Promote growth across all channels, including new customer acquisition, referrals, existing customer retention, and former customer re-engagement.Monitor and analyze various marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership on marketing initiatives and other revenue KPIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze end-to-end experiments across all channels, including A/B testing, personalization, and creative variations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.Work closely with development and customer success teams.Constantly investigating new and innovative ways to drive growth and customer engagement.Define and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring projects deliver a positive ROI, while allowing room for innovative tests and initiatives.Significantly increase qualified lead flow and reduce CPL.Identify and execute additional paid advertising channels to scale rapidly.Other Functions:Must be willing to travel to other company sites as necessary.Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.Other duties as assigned.Location:Remote in the US, preferably on the west coastSkills and Experience:Be a growth minded and collaborative leader who creates and implements innovative and comprehensive marketing strategies designed to grow our active customer base, drive market share growth within and to achieve the company’s financial metrics.Extensive proven management experience in a high-growth chain location/enterprise SaaS company.Experience leading marketing teams and driving strategies across all aspects of marketing, from brand awareness to pipeline development.Ability to think strategically about growing the business in the region, including where and how to invest, and set a clear marketing strategy.Proven experience as a marketing leader in a similar role.MUST HAVE Deep expertise in building a progressive strategies in the following disciplines:Funnel management and lead generationMarketing automationSEO and organic searchBrandingContent management marketingEmail marketing campaignsGrowth hackingProduct marketingSocial mediaStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.Ability to manage remotely and onsite.Flexibility to travel.Physical Requirements :Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Salary Range:$120,000 - $140,000 per yearInSite provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.InSite Property Group complies with federal and state disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
