Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Title Nine is seeking a highly analytical, technically adept, results-driven Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition through new and existing performance marketing programs. In this role, you will spearhead our existing paid marketing channels and identify and lead channel expansion opportunities, taking charge of campaign creation, management, and optimization to meet and exceed customer acquisition targets. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, merchandising, finance, data, ecommerce, and customer retention.The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in building and managing paid digital marketing channels and programs, with a keen focus on driving impactful revenue outcomes. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing analytics and strategy, has a creative eye, and is always up-to-date on the latest platforms, tools, and trends.This role is based out of our office in Emeryville, CA Monday-Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize performance media strategies and manage cross-channel budget to deliver business goals and marketing KPIsOversee day to day management of all paid digital campaigns across existing channels (Google, Meta) and identify opportunities for channel expansion (eg: TikTok, affiliate). Develop roadmap for launch, testing, and expansion of new channels and campaigns Collaborate with internal creative team and agency partner(s) to develop and test creative that consistently improves campaign performance and new customer acquisition. Continuously iterate and optimize creative to maximize campaign performance. Manage daily, weekly and monthly revenue and spend tracking, pacing and forecasting processes; forecast & optimize to a budget to guide profitable revenue and new customer acquisition Manage ongoing optimization of KPI's by designing comprehensive, measurable A/B testing methods in collaboration with key stakeholders Write robust creative briefs for channels as needed, strengthening direction to diversify and iterate creative to achieve business goals Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand success, including creative, merchandising, retention, data/analytics, ecommerce, and financeStay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, competitive offers, and best practices in performance marketing, direct response, and DTC e-commerce. Continuously innovate and improve existing strategies and processes. Bring fresh thinking and wild ideas!

About You

You also have:7+ years of experience managing performance marketing channels with with 5+ years of experience within direct-to-consumer e-commerce.Growth-driven mindset with demonstrated proficiency in new customer acquisition tactics, affiliate marketing growth opportunities and channel development. Experience leading agency partners to ensure best-in-class performance and strategic alignment Expertise ideating and testing creative based on ad performance data and customer-centric marketing strategies. Experience managing performance marketing budget across major digital platforms. Relevant experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably within apparel retail. Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills; savvy with channel forecasting and using data with assumptions to model revenue scenarios on a regular basis. Deep experience in performance marketing, strong acumen of ecommerce analytics, and desire to continuously test and scale new tactics to improve efficiency. Comfort digging into the numbers to justify and proposing out-of-the box conversion tactics.Fantastic team player, who thrives in collaborative settings and proactively keeps their counterparts both informed and accountable for key actions.
