Our mission is to advocate the use of thoughtfully sourced, organic plant actives in creating superior wellness & beauty products that neither harm the people who use them or the planet we all share.WHAT YOU’LL DO:As the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at Vegamour, you will be at the forefront of leading the strategy, execution, and optimization across acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for driving key business KPIs utilizing paid media, CRM channels and programs. You must understand the key drivers of CAC and LTV and the impact of channels and programs on holistic ecommerce performance. You will own the forecast for acquisition and retention and set channel and customer goals accordingly. You will lead the performance marketing and CRM teams, ensuring all members are aligned on and executing to the team’s strategy and goals. This role reports directly to the SVP, E-commerce.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing and CRM strategy to achieve key KPIs for customer acquisition and retentionUnderstand and optimize the key drivers of CAC and retention metrics through analytics and data-driven insights.Oversee paid performance marketing strategy to ensure healthy media mix across the customer funnel with appropriate engagement and conversion goals set for each tacticIncrease customer LTV by identifying key moments in customer journey to decrease churn and drive repeat purchase and winbackEnsure holistic lifecycle strategy focused on key cohorts to grow active customer and subscriber baseOwn retention and subscription metrics, defining key strategies and programs for retaining customers and working cross-functionally to executeEnsure email and SMS channels strategy and revenue contribution are aligned with overall CRM & company goals and driving healthy list growth and engagementChampion cross-functional loyalty program to grow subscriber base and prevent churnResponsible for consolidating insights and communicating impact of performance media and CRM on e-commerce business to executive and cross-functional teamOwn forecasting channel and customer performance and pacing, setting and adapting goals as necessaryOwn and manage the performance marketing budget effectivelyOversee strategic roadmap for testing within and across channels/programs to continuously optimize performance, ensuring tests aligned with core acquisition and retention KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationship with agency and vendor partners to ensure strategy and goals are clearly alignedCollaborate closely with the site, creative, product, marketing, and data analytics teams to build execute campaigns effectivelyGo-to-market planning for new product launches and promotions within channelsKeep up to date on evolving growth marketing and measurement landscapeQUALIFICATIONS:12+ years of experience working in paid media buying, customer acquisition/direct response marketing and CRM (email, SMS, loyalty)Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive profitable customer across acquisition and retentionStrategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and execute them effectively but also able to lean in and be executional when requiredStrong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisionsDeep knowledge of key players in performance media landscape and how to effectively utilize these partners across media portfolioExperience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend to achieve business goalsExperience with defining key customer cohorts and developing retention strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholdersExperience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Target Base Salary Range $170K - $200K.
