As we continue to innovate and scale, we are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive DTC expertise to drive our marketing strategies to new heights.DescriptionStrategic Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.Paid Media Management:

Lead the paid media team in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve ROI targets.CRM Optimization:

Direct the CRM team in building and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, personalized customer journeys, and segmentation strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize analytics and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and enhancements. Collaborate with analytics and data teams to derive insights and inform marketing strategies.Budget Management:

Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across paid media and CRM initiatives.Team Development:

Mentor and develop a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.ProfileExperience:

8+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing within consumer goods.Leadership:

Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media (SEM, social, display), CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.Analytical Mindset:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive decisions and optimize performance.Strategic Thinker:

Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing tactically, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic plans into actionable roadmaps and initiatives.Communication Skills:
