The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to effectively manage cases using the firm’s case management software.Duties:Represent clients in creditor's rights cases, including attending court appearances, hearings, and trials.Utilize the firm’s case management and reporting software to manage assigned matters efficiently and effectively.Travel as necessary for court appearances, client meetings, and other case-related activities.Apply a thorough understanding of consumer credit collections, California state laws, and the FDCPA to develop legal strategies.Maintain superior client care by providing proactive communication and regular updates on case progress.Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.Negotiate settlements and agreements with debtors and opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California in good standing.Must have experience in creditor’s rights, consumer credit collections, or related litigation.Strong knowledge of California state laws related to consumer collections and the FDCPA.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Preferred multi-state licensure to handle cases across different jurisdictions.Comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.Dental insurance coverage for preventative and restorative care.Employee assistance program offering support for personal and professional challenges.Health insurance coverage including medical, prescription, and vision benefits.Health savings account (HSA) option for tax-advantaged healthcare savings.Life insurance benefits to provide financial protection for employees and their families.Generous paid time off policies for vacation, sick leave, and holidays.Referral program incentives for bringing in new clients or talented legal professionals.Vision insurance to cover eye care needs and corrective lenses.Comcast brings together the best in media and technology.
