We are looking for a creative, curious, technical, highly analytical growth hacker and marketer who is as comfortable launching sophisticated SEM strategies as they are executing guerilla hacking tactics. They will have a demonstrated test-and-learn mindset and a proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth with experience across every stage of the funnel -from generating leads to cultivating evangelists.A versatile but focused leader, this role has a growth mindset and is able to work collaboratively across teams to accomplish the Company's Growth objectives.Working closely with our Growth, Sales, Product Management, and Utilization teams, the Performance Marketing Manager designs and implements programs and campaigns to achieve (with the goal of exceeding) the company's ambitious revenue, supply, and utilization targets. Previous experience includes expert-level management paid search, paid social, and app-based acquisition channels , ideate/design/execution of campaigns, deep understanding of paid and organic search strategies, experience with landing page design and best practices, understanding of best practices for growth hacking and A/B testing, and streamlining of processes that help identify and scale high-value and efficient marketing channels. As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you’ll obsess with your colleagues over our customers, both our driver and owner communities -increasing LTV while reducing CAC. This role will report to the Acquisition Marketing Manager based in France and can be fully remote.What you’ll do● Instrument the funnel and monitor metrics to constantly drive down CAC, increase conversion rates, and reduce cycle time without sacrificing customer happiness● Collaborate with content and design teams to direct and develop impactful content for ads, landing page ideation, design, and execution● Manage paid search, app, and retargeting campaigns balancing industry best practices and creativity -optimizing for efficiency and maximum impact● Ideate and launch experiments and tests across all platforms and channels to generate revenue and grow supply -bringing a scrappy, iterative, fail-fast/recover-faster approach● Work closely with other teams to develop programs that increase retention and engagement with a focus on customer loyalty● Serve as a data champion for all things performance marketing-related, including reporting on performance and working with analytics teams and other Growth team membersWhat you’ll bring● 5+ years of growth hacking and digital marketing experience● B2C tech marketing experience including proficiency in all paid channels including paid and organic app-based demand generation and optimization● Deep paid and organic search expertise (Google Ads, Apple Search, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook + SEO optimization)● Experience implementing full lifecycle marketing strategies● Analytical experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Adjust● The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly (both written and verbal) both externally (customers, prospects, press) and internally (across teams, with executives)● Highly proactive and collaborative and the ability to work effectively with teams and individuals, including executives● Exceptional critical thinking and strategic skills that demonstrate your ability to dissect complex challenges and formulate actionable, measurable solutionsWhat makes you stand out● Experience with a fast-paced consumer tech startup, especially marketplaces (e.g. Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash, Instacart)● Prior experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) like Adjust or Firebase● Expert-level proficiency with paid search channels, including Google and Bing, Apple Search, and more● Preferably based on East Coast● Experience working internationally
