DevRev is headquartered in Palo Alto, California, and has offices in seven global locations.Job DescriptionAs the Head of Product Marketing you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a robust product marketing strategy that clearly communicates the company's value proposition to its target audience. Your role will involve a deep collaboration across various departments to gather market insights, refine product positioning, and create compelling product collateral, while also working closely with Sales and Product teams to develop impactful sales enablement materials. Leveraging your extensive experience in marketing, particularly in a tech environment, you will contribute significantly to strategic planning, stay abreast of industry trends, and lead a team towards achieving exceptional market presence.This is a hybrid role and will require that you be onsite in Palo Alto, CA on Tuesday/Thursdays.Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy, articulating DevRev's value proposition to target audiences.Collaborate cross-functionally to gather market insights and refine product positioning and messaging.Manage the creation of product collateral, including first call decks, data-sheets, website content, videos, and more, aligned with product positioning and vision.Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to develop effective sales enablement materials.Contribute to the overall strategic planning process by providing valuable market insights and recommendations.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies.Ideal QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.Proven track record of 8-10 years in marketing, with a concentration on product marketing at a tech company.Demonstrated thought leadership in technology and preferably Artificial Intelligence.Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.Successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders at all levels.Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools is advantageous.CultureThe foundation of DevRev is its culture -- our commitment to those who are hungry, humble, honest, and who act with heart.
