The Role:

As the Lead UI & UX Designer at Aisera, a trailblazer in AI-driven solutions, you will be instrumental in creating user experiences that are not only intuitive but also harness the full potential of AI and ML technologies. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation as a frontrunner in the enterprise ChatGPT space.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process.

Responsibilities :

Lead the collection and analysis of feedback from both internal and external customers, identifying key areas for impactful business improvements.Conduct thorough research and competitive analysis in the AI/ML landscape to integrate creative thoughts into our UI/UX design, ensuring our products are at the forefront of enterprise AI/ML design trends.Engage in proactive collaboration with the product team to continuously enhance user experience across all our AI-driven product offering.Partner with engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions addressing tactical business challenges highlighted by the Product team.Spearhead the design process from initial wireframing to the creation of high-fidelity prototypes.Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale, championing a user-centric approach and being comfortable presenting in front of executives.Efficiently manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines with a sense of urgency.Participate in regular design reviews - seek out specific feedback on your designs, iterate, and incorporate different feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of experience years of UI/UX design experience in B2B SaaS products.Expertise in design systems, user research, and usability testing.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on creating intuitive, elegant designs.Proactive in keeping up with UX trends and influencing UI/UX strategy.Keen attention to detail, considering comprehensive user flows and their impacts.Proficient in finding and using design tools such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding and inspiring design teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in AI or ML product design is a plus.Adaptability to fast-paced, startup environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

Startup experienceEnterprise UX/UI experience for AI-based SaaS solutions.Domain expertise in IT, HR or Customer Support is a plus
