We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Design Manager to join our growing Design Team. This position reports to the VP of Design and is focused on Velocity Global’s Financial Management products. At its core, this position is focused on leading a team to deliver best-in-class Product Design by taking business, product, tech, and regulatory requirements and synthesizing them into effective, easy to use, beautiful, and scalable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the Design team. Grow Design talent. Provide feedback on performance. Foster career development.Lead the Design team to create beautiful, production-ready web and mobile web designs that reflect the brand, express UX best practices, and result in an engaging User experience.Test design solutions and proposals in partnership with UX Research.You Have:
5+ years of experience in Product UX Design, including experience in FinTech.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, or related fields.Proficiency in Figma and great at remote collaboration within distributed teams.Experience with user-centered design principles.Experience guiding Designers to create engaging user experiences aligning with product, business, compliance, and technological goals.Experienced in simplifying complex products into intuitive and elegant design solutions, prioritizing user experience.Passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing and functional software solutions.Advocate for the end-user.Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
