About the role

Highnote is looking to add a Senior Product Designer to our early stage team. This is a generalist role working closely with fellow Product Designers, Product Managers and Developer Experience Engineers to deliver amazing experiences for our customers.

Product Design at Highnote is responsible for our customer-facing dashboard, developer documentation, marketing site, and other customer touch-points.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of product design experienceA portfolio of excellent product designs delivered within a fast-paced environmentExperience owning products from start to finish, working with engineers and PMsAbility to express ideas through visuals and prototyping in FigmaA high-bar form visual, UI, and interaction designExperience with design systems, programming, and using technical tools like (Git, VSCode)Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to haves

Experience in high-growth startups, specifically in fintechExperience writing front-end code (HTML, CSS, React)

A portfolio of relevant design work is required for consideration.

Our compensation packages are competitive based on robust market research and are a combination of a cash salary, equity, and benefits. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual salary range for applicants is $150,000 to $200,000.

Please note that positions located in San Francisco are hybrid and include core working days of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.
