If you believe in community, come join ours.About This RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join Faire's Growth Marketing team. There are two main components of this role: 1) overseeing the day-to-day management of our paid social channels, which includes conducting optimization tests to improve efficiency, and 2) exploring new opportunities to extend our reach beyond existing paid marketing channels. The ideal candidate has worked in an experimentation-driven environment, eagerly embraces automation and technology to accelerate growth marketing efforts, and stays ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing trends.What You’ll DoManage paid social campaigns through the Smartly platform, focusing on scalable and efficient user growthTest and scale new channels and growth opportunitiesAnalyze data to identify optimization opportunities and design and implement tests to improve channel performanceRun our Europe paid marketing program alongside the International teamGenerate insights about our customers and regularly conduct tests including (but not limited to) creative/copy testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting, to optimize the full-funnel experienceEngage with stakeholders to ensure that there is continuous alignment on strategic goals and transparency on campaign effectiveness and ROIWork cross-functionally alongside Product, Creative, Data Science, Finance, International and other Marketing functions to develop and run impactful experiments.Qualifications4+ years of direct, hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta and other paid social platforms, focused on optimizing for down-funnel metrics (payback, ROAS, etc.)Experience in a two-sided marketplace or with products aimed at small business owners is a strong plusProficiency with marketing automation tools (Smartly or similar feed-based campaign management tools) is a strong plusExperience in managing a cross-border program is a plusHighly analytical with a structured approach to solving problems. Proficient in analyzing large datasets through Excel and/or SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Mode and Tableau)AB testing knowledge and experienceExperience working cross-functionally to generate new insights and develop testing ideasStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and a passion for optimizing processesExcellent written & oral communication skills and ability to communicate insights crisply to various stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, with the agility and flexibility to balance multiple priorities simultaneouslySalary RangeSan Francisco: the pay range for this role is $135,500 to $186,500 per year.This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
