Job Summary:Talent Corps is seeking a skilled and motivated Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Execution:Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and target audience objectives.Budget Management:Allocate and manage budgets for paid media campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize return on investment (ROI).Continuously monitor and adjust spend based on campaign performance and business priorities.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), cost per thousand impressions (CPM), and return on ad spend (ROAS).Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and improvement.Ad Creation and Optimization:Develop engaging ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the creative team.Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad performance and identify best practices.Audience Targeting and Segmentation:Define and refine audience segments to ensure precise targeting and relevant ad delivery.Utilize data-driven insights to adjust targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.Keyword Research and Management:Perform keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and search terms.Manage and optimize keyword lists to enhance ad relevance and performance.Market and Competitor Analysis:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms.Adjust strategies based on market insights and competitor activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns and achieving business goals.Proficiency in using paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification are preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and supportive work environment.
