Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director, Performance Marketing & Digital Innovation, you'll be instrumental in contributing unique impact to the VTAMA PsO & future indication launch, championing media design, data driven optimization and advancing omnichannel strategy.

Develop and implement media and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategic imperatives and critical success factorsIntegrate media strategies fluidly into omnichannel and product brand plan, including channel allocation mix, tactic selection and ongoing optimizationEmbrace customer insights, journey, and segmentation strategies to design and optimize to campaignsPartner with Brand Marketing to ensure all assets meet media spec requirementsSupport weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards and initiatives and the delivery of channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plansLead QA before, during, and after campaign launches to ensure that all data is captured accurately and fed to the enterprise data warehouseContribute to discovery on new and existing channels proof of concepts/pilots for innovationEffectively facilitate collaboration across functional teams (Creative, Media, Data & Analytics, IT, Sales, etc.)Support the annual brand planning process

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced study in relevant field a plusMinimum of 5 -7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, digital/omnichannel marketing or media agencies; Dermatology experience is a plusStrong expertise in digital, media, and omnichannel strategy and execution for both Consumer and Healthcare Professional audiencesComprehensive understanding of cross-functional collaboration required for omnichannel effectivenessDemonstrable knowledge in media, marketing, analytics/data operations, and data privacy, including working with 3rd party measurement solutionsPassion for marketing technologies supporting digital experiences, automation, and data analyticsProven track record to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects concurrentlyUp to 20% domestic travel (may include weekends)
