Highlighting this commitment, ITF Therapeutics successfully secured FDA approval in March 2024 for Givinostat, the first nonsteroidal medication approved to treat all genetic variants of DMD in patients six years of age and older. Givinostat is a histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that has shown potential in reducing inflammation and fibrosis in muscles, thereby slowing the progression of the disease. The establishment of ITF Therapeutics also reflects Italfarmaco's goal to build a world-class team of experts that share a passion to make a positive impact for rare disease communities.The RoleAs the Director of HCP Marketing at ITF Therapeutics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage and collaborate with healthcare professionals in the area of Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a rare, genetic, neuromuscular disease. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's brand perception and driving awareness to ITF's products among providers as the company works to bring an innovative drug to an underserved rare disease community.Primary Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of and the creation, development, and execution of the HCP marketing strategy to support product launch and beyond.Manage execution of HCP marketing strategy for personal and non-personal channels, including media and digital strategy for both branded and non-branded content.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Sales and Thought Leader Liaison Teams, to create dynamic content that will engage and educate HCPs about ITF and Givinostat.Effectively navigate all MLR requirements pertaining to HCP Marketing.Identify and execute campaigns through effective communication channels targeting the HCP market segment.Identify opportunities for HCP engagement through conferences, medical congresses, advisory boards and other events. Coordinate ITF presence at these events.Conduct market research and lead the generation of strategic insights at the field level. Report findings to management.Identify and implement infrastructure to track KPI and ROI metrics and make regular reports to management.Establish and manage strong working relationships with agencies and partner organizations to support ITF's initiatives.Required Skills:7+ years of marketing experience required. Rare disease or neurological disorders preferred.5+ years of experience marketing directly to HCPs required.Product launch experience strongly preferred.A proven track record of identifying, initiating, developing, and maintaining strategic business relationships with HCPs in a rare disease space.Ability to cultivate a working understanding of and effectively communicate the unique challenges and experiences of HCPs and their patients as well as current healthcare trends.Proven ability to manage and coordinate agencies, partners, and vendors to achieve strategic business goals.Experience identifying and codifying KPI and ROI metrics and reporting them to management.Demonstrated experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to deduce strategic insights.Thorough knowledge of FDA requirements and regulations as they pertain to HCP engagement and pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.Ability to travel to the Concord, MA office on a frequent basis.
