Job SummaryMarketing Coordinator - Rank & RallyJazz Team Store & Utah Hockey Club Team StoreJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will report to our Senior Retail Marketing Manager with email marketing campaigns, e-commerce tasks, and general marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.Responsibilities:* Assist with email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.* Support e-commerce tasks like updating listings, managing promotions, ensuring product syncs, monitoring performance, and maintaining site quality.* Help manage the Arena App and coordinate with the App runner team during games.* Update website content with social coordinators to ensure professional product images and a lifestyle-focused catalog.* Support the marketing team with social media content and photoshoot logistics.* Collaborate on customer insight-based marketing strategies.* Ensure consistency of marketing communications across channels.* Use project management tools like Asana to track and manage projects.* Bring creative ideas for promotions and content online and in-store, and assist in planning, executing, and evaluating these initiatives.Qualifications:* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.* Experience with Shopify or related website platforms preferred.* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom) preferred.* Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Benefits:* Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
