This Data, Analytics, and Operations team (DAO) is passionate about helping marketers deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve results through operational excellence. Our goal is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs in support of our Digital Media Enterprise business, which includes Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products.

As Marketing Operations Manager, Funnel Operations, you will help refine and execute our

Marketing Operations Model and become the expert in Adobe's lead management processes . We work closely with multiple stakeholders to evolve our go-to-market processes into best-in-class. Success will require a blend of technical know-how, solution design, and a non-stop desire for incremental improvement.

What you'll doDevelop strategies to proactively manage sophisticated lead routing logic across multiple sales teamsWork with other technical teams to ensure integrations are optimized and data is flowing effectively between multiple systemsManage multiple components of the marketing tech stack, particularly LeanData, and troubleshoot errors and inefficiencies across all technologiesPartner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates within all stages of the B2B marketing funnelUnderstand end-to-end lead flow processes and provide documentation and enablement to colleaguesWork closely with Sales Operations to optimize our usage of Outreach.ioContribute to transformational projects and major system migrations by documenting, scoping, and testing current and future capabilitiesProvide phenomenal customer service and support across all interactions. BA/BS preferred OR 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.Strong background in lead management, marketing technology administration, and sales collaborationHands-on experience in B2B lead assignment processes including building, testing, deploying rulesets in a complex enterprise environmentCRM expertise: Experience with building reports and dashboards, managing integrations with marketing automation and/or other tools, and troubleshooting technical issues Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is required.Analytical skills: Ability to define, analyze and report on operational metrics across various teams. Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or PowerBi is preferredExperience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo a big plusLeanData Certification is a big plusStrong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling mannerComfortable working with multiple cross-functional partners and juggling competing prioritiesAbility to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambiguity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,500 -- $162,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
