Job Breakdown:

The Associate Media Director will help lead our programmatic advertising efforts, driving growth and maximizing ROI for our clients in an expanding department.

Programmatic Strategy and Optimization:

Manage and optimize client programmatic strategies.Handle DSP/SSP vetting and selection. Team Management and Development:Train, manage, and lead programmatic team members.Identify and address training and development needs.Conduct performance evaluations and mentor junior team members.Best Practices and Process Implementation:

Instill and ensure the effective use of best practices, processes, methodologies, and frameworks within the team.Develop and optimize department processes.Client Engagement and Strategy:

Work closely with media planning teams for annual media planning and strategy discussions.Present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.Educate clients, partners, and internal teams on the latest tech/data advancements.Project Management and Execution:

Manage daily programmatic team operations and ensure campaign excellence.Track progress, assist in execution, and consistently plan programs.Facilitate and manage forecasting, budgeting, pacing, campaign creation, and optimization.Innovation and Testing:

Identify and test new programmatic channels and products.Develop plans to test and utilize new product offerings to enhance programmatic business/process.Partner Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with DSP and data partners.Translate results to client business objectives and identify campaign expansion opportunities.New Business Development:

Identify and pitch new business opportunities for the agency's programmatic media services.Develop compelling presentations and proposals tailors to potential clients.Requirements:

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.5+ years of experience in programmatic execution/planning and activation.Skills and Competencies:

Experience in TTD and DV360.Experience in Social, SEM a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic insight for developing and implementing long-term execution plans.Analytical ability to extract insights from data and relate them to business goals.Organizational and leadership capabilities for resource assignment, progress tracking, and program planning.Proficient project management skills, with the ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and structure workload.Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate concepts/programs effectively.Personal Attributes:

Salary Range:

This is an exempt role with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000
