Responsibilities

Administrative Operations:

Oversee that marketing materials are developed, processed, and distributed in a timely mannerMaintain corporate and franchise related marketing operations and trackers up to date daily, this includes but is not limited to the following: call tracking numbers, marketing collateral distribution, online listings validation, data entry to Driven Brands' systems etc.Provide support of advertising, promotion, and retention programs supporting the brand and products at the local levelManage and execute local initiatives, events and projects in a timely and thoughtful mannerOversee daily deployment of comprehensive grand opening and conversion plans that will effectively and efficiently drive traffic and sales growthAssist Field Marketing Managers in developing new unit growth marketing strategies and media plan presentations for corporate and franchise locationsAnalytical and Strategic Planning/Reporting:

Understand weekly and monthly sales data to inform local marketing and advertising plans and provide recommendations or adjustments to maintain strong sales growth opportunitiesAssist in the development of comprehensive local marketing plans that will effectively and efficiently drive sales growthDevelops and facilitates strategy, decision and execution of local investmentsCollaboration and Communication:

Serves as the first line of engagement with our community partners as it pertains to partnerships, sponsorships and community engagementCommunicate with agency partners to implement new unit growth campaigns and reporting requests to understand current performanceDevelop relationships across franchise system to gain support and drive returning and new sales opportunities for Take 5 franchiseesWork closely with operational managers in the specific regions to ensure all centers have appropriate information on marketing and media plansParticipate in new unit growth meetings to understand how communications to corporate and franchisees are expected to be handledCollaborate to drive flawless execution and effective integration across key stakeholders, including franchisees, operations managers, real estate & development, and finance/legal/analytics partnersQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, communications, economics or related fieldStrong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and writtenAble to speak effectively in interpersonal situationsStrong marketing backgroundStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skillsStrong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilitiesProficient problem-solving skills - ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment, detail-orientedCollaborative working style to interface with marketing team and partnersAbility to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management
