Sr. Product Marketing Strategy

Primary focus: developing and implementing GTM strategy for aggregator marketing

Ideal candidate will have a strong background in aggregator marketing, lending, and FinTech.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee strategic project management of database implementation with the goal of driving prescreen lending offers through aggregator channelsDevelop GTM strategy for aggregator channel and channel expansion strategy utilizing new prescreen database capabilitiesUnderstand API integration and data flows to determine best-in-class user experience and personalized approach to marketing strategiesForecast financials and demonstrate strategic value to the business, using influence to drive key stakeholders towards efficient & effective implementation of key programsEffective communication skills and experience presenting with senior leadersQualifications:

Proven experience with lending, finance or bankingDemonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and overcome obstacles with large scale projectsStrategic API or data experience ( not technical implementation, but use of APIs)I am not concerned with education background

- Hiring Manager: Colton Heller

- Colton is the SVP US Director of Consumer Lending - works on the Product Marketing team supporting Lending products and responsible for marketing strategy/performance marketing.

- Reports up to Bill Doyle.

- Sits out of the Miami office. (2 to 3 days onsite)

- They are looking to bring on a Sr. Product Marketing Strategist/Manager due to an FTE who is out unexpectedly on leave until the end of the year. (high level/senior resource) - The person they are backfilling came from a significant amount of FinTech experience but lacked some agency work which would help.

- Background on opening: they are currently working with external agent to facilitate relationships with publishers, building out capabilities with their data provider Acxiom to build out a pre-screened data base for aggregators for API to get real-time offers (Santander owns the database growth engine).

- This project is what this individual will be prominently working on for implementation. This person will be working on "how else do we take advantage of this tool and the data to build a growth plan"

- This role will be primarily focused on the aggregator space and this individual will be managing the marketing strategy from a product perspective for consumer loans as they continue to scale within the digital space through aggregator publishers (example he gave: Credit Karma/Nerdwallet).

- They also have some work within optimizing of their abandon applications strategy.

- Candidates will need a background in Aggregator marketing

- Ideally looking for someone with a background in FinTech but not required.

- Overall job responsibilities: primarily need an individual to come in around the strategic development around the publishers and building a go-to-market strategy + data management, relationship building and support end to end financial goals.

- Needs this person to have strong technical skills as well as a strategic background/mindset - soft skills: go-getter personality.

- Contact through the end of the year with potential for get extended or opportunity to convert to an FTE if they are able to come onsite/the candidate is strong investment for them to keep on.

- Timeline: ideally wants someone in by early August

- Location: Miami, Boston, other Santander locations or fine with remote candidates. (if by office, they would have to come in 2-3 days a week).

- Bill Rate: $95/hr

- Colton has screened a few candidates so far and has a few interviews next week hasn't interviewed any all-stars yet.

- Interview times: Next week Friday after 1pm EST or afternoon on Wednesday.

- Interview process: 1 to potentially 2 interviews with Colton.

- Colton is OOO Wed-Friday this week but back next week - he's traveling to Boston.
