As a UI/UX Designer at Medisolv, you will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our Platform and software products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, define requirements, and design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction visual design, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and product goalsIncorporate end user workflows and intuitive navigation in the UI/UX designConduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideasDevelop user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and usability best practicesIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing resultWork closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficientlyStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX designRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience)Proven experience and as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in designing B2B solutions, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and deliverables.Strong UX development skills are necessary to succeed in this positionProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, or similarSolid understanding of user-centered design principles, interactive design, and information architectureExcellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layoutStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholdersExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsSuccessful completion of a pre-employment background checkMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.Preferred Qualifications:Experience and/or familiarity with enterprise applications in healthcare provider settingsKnowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
