Job Description

The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive pipeline and deepen relationships for U.S. Bank’s Corporate and Institutional segments. This role will approach go-to-market strategies with a test-and-learn mindset, keeping data at the forefront of strategy. The ABM Manager collaborates closely across marketing, sales, analytics, and product teams to drive a fully integrated approach to reaching target accounts. This position reports to the Wealth, Corporate & Institutional Banking Marketing (WCIB Marketing) Go-To-Market team lead.

Responsibilities

Strategize and execute high-impact, integrated ABM programs to achieve pipeline and revenue goals within Corporate and Institutional Banking segments.

Develop omni-channel campaigns including building strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing initiative to execution; iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis.

Build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify Total Addressable Market for campaigns, using first-and-third-party data; prepare account research and analysis to drive strategy.

Design marketing campaigns tailored to various personas and buying groups.

Ability to influence web & content strategy at all funnel stages consistent with the needs of the ABM team.

Build and deliver ongoing reporting to stakeholders, inclusive of metrics relevant to both marketing and sales organizations.

Partner with segment marketers, business line stakeholders, product partners and analytics to build integrated campaigns.

Work within martech stack to support high-performance, integrated and trigger-based user experiences; serve as contributor to ABM platform, influencing configuration and key integrations across B2B martech stack.

Employ an experimentation mindset to campaigns to test, learn, and optimize ABM programs.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience

5+ years of experience in an Account Based Marketing management role

Banking industry or experience working in a highly regulated sector

Experience with firmographic segmentation such as revenue, employee size, needs-based, and industry/verticals.

Experience with Account Based Marketing platforms

Experience with CRM systems

Experience with marketing automation software

Able to clearly articulate concepts to key stakeholders

Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams

Self-starter, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
