For our Region Central Europe, we are looking for a Regional Marketing & Product Management Director. This colleague is the first point of contact for HQ regarding all strategic initiatives concerning marketing and product management.Your tasks and responsibilities are:Leads marketing communications, product management, analytics, and training;Guarantees the correct efficiency of resources in marketing;Develops the brand in the region;Acts as the 'Guardian' of Kärcher's CD/CI and Brand;Enables sales by providing support;Coordinates market launches and strategic product initiatives;Approves regional/national marketing plans;Ensures sales training activities;Provides analytics capabilities;Develops local teams to be aligned on a regional level;Manages marketing budgets and brand building activities;Aligns regional media strategy with AKW;Provides relevant material on products, marketing, pricing, and training to sales.The profile we are looking for:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing;Additional knowledge in Digital Marketing;Social media – community manager experience;Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing management;Experience in a multinational company with an International Mindset;Good English skills.What we offer:A challenging position with growth opportunities;Competitive salary and attractive benefits;Regular unique events and activities with colleagues.
