Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.We are looking to hire a talented UX Lead to spearhead our user experience initiatives and contribute significantly to our product development as lead the way in Data Security Posture Management with innovative solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS applications for both cloud and on-premises environments. This is a role with significant impact on product direction and user satisfaction.This UX Lead will initially join as an individual contributor with the future potential to build and manage a UX team. You will be responsible for partnering with the Head of Product in crafting the UX strategy and delivering high-quality user experiences for our enterprise applications. You will be pivotal in integrating user-centered design throughout our product lifecycle and influencing our overall product strategy.Responsibilities:

Design and refine user experiences across our suite of products, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and effectiveness.Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions and improve existing interfaces.Collaborate closely with product management and engineering to ensure UX is seamlessly integrated into product development.Develop UX guidelines and best practices to maintain consistency across all products.Prepare for future scaling by planning UX team growth and capabilities.Advocate for UX value across the organization.Requirements:

8+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in enterprise applications.Experience in security or data protection domains is highly desirable.Experience in designing products targeting security personas - security analyst, compliance director, CISO - strongly desired.Demonstrable experience leading UX projects from conception to completion.Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating user-centered design solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.Proficient with modern UI and UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.Our Culture:
