How you'll make an impact:

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and experienced Product Marketing Director to mature our view of the market and our target buyers, develop positioning and messaging, and drive go-to-market strategies and activities that fuel commercial growth. The ideal candidate has experience working as a product marketer targeting small businesses, preferably with inventory management and/or ERP expertise, for a technology or software company.

Here's what you'll do:• Go-to-Market Strategy. Work in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of the Marketing team to develop, align cross-functionally, and help execute the go-to-market strategy in the inventory management space.• Positioning and Messaging. Develop the positioning and messaging for the target segments and audiences that differentiates the products and solutions in the market and clearly articulates and quantifies their value.• Product Launches. Drive product and solution launches, developing launch plans and associated KPIs, and orchestrating a cross-functional team to execute launch tactics.• Collateral Development and Sales Enablement. Develop and author data/sell sheets, case studies, ROI/TCO models, white papers, customer presentations, thought leadership articles, blogs, e-books, and sales enablement materials such as FAQs, demos, competitive battle cards, and training materials in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success and the rest of Marketing. Work with the Training team to enable Sales.• ICP, Buyer Personas, and Buyers' Journey. Clearly define and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), buyer personas, and buyer's journey to guide integrated campaign development.• Cross-functional SME Guidance. Support integrated GTM by providing ongoing guidance to creative, media, communications, digital, and field marketing teams to ensure relevance and effectiveness of marketing strategies for the target segments.• Market Research, Analysis, and Data-Driven Insights. Conduct market, customer, competitive, and ecosystem research and analysis to derive data-driven insights and inform strategic decisions throughout the customer lifecycle (acquisition, adoption, retention, upsell/cross-sell, loyalty)• Feedback and Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Provide relevant market research, competitive insights, and customer feedback to Sales, Product, and Customer Success to help inform pricing, packaging, product development and roadmap, and customer experience considerations.

Here's what you'll bring with you:• 7-10 years of progressive B2B SaaS or software product marketing experience• Experience in cloud, SaaS or subscription business models targeting small businesses. Expertise in inventory management or ERP preferred.• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.• Demonstrated experience in technology marketing, including the ability to take technical concepts and communicate them to both business and technical audiences.• Excellent positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills.• A self starter and highly driven individual who can manage through ambiguous situations.• A track record of good decision-making and strong ability to articulate/defend an informed opinion on important topics.• Must be able to work both at a strategic and tactical level to get the job done.• Experience in using AI tools and capabilities.• Team player with a positive work ethic who values diverse perspectives.• Highly motivated and creative team player who thrives in collaborative environments.• Great attitude and willingness to learn and be challenged

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
