The ads system at TikTok operates on a massive scale and serves millions of advertisers, clients and influencers across the world. The quality of the ads system highly depends on the ability to handle massive data, and machine learning is widely used to improve the quality of our ads. The Ads Infra team is responsible for building highly efficient and scalable infrastructure to ads delivery, including ML data platform to collect and process data for the usage of machine learning training, feature engineering, feature store, training data generation; serving infra to serve high volume of traffic with low latency; ranking infra to utilize state of the art ranking models to lift ads performance.

Qualifications
- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112065 - $172800 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
