With us every 60 seconds a family gets water, a hungry child is fed, and a family gets the tools to overcome poverty.As Senior Director, Sponsorship Product Marketing your expertise will be brought to bear on work that is close to the heart of God (in the spirit of Matthew 25:34-40). Look no further to connect your passion to life-changing work with impact by providing leadership and management for our flagship recurring product, child sponsorship, representing over $300M in cash revenue annually. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a healthy sponsorship portfolio and overseeing marketing penetration goals for the mass segment. As part of that, you’ll lead the development of holistic product strategy and plans and oversee and ensure flawless execution. Be responsible for driving growth and positioning products and experiences throughout the donor journey to deepen donor engagement ensuring a healthy portfolio (retention, satisfaction, etc.). You’ll oversee sponsor product life cycle management, including product strategy, offer development, value proposition, cultivation treatment/experiences, impact and financial reporting, and meeting revenue/yield/alignment goals. Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging donor segmentation data to enhance the sponsor's journey.Sustained Enhancement of Sponsor Satisfaction. Consistent and measurable improvements in sponsor satisfaction levels.Expansion of Sponsorship Portfolio. Achieving substantial growth in the number of sponsors and sponsored children.Fostering a High-Performing and Empowered Marketing Team. Building and leading a team of empowered and skilled marketers, well-equipped to drive success.03

Salary Range & Benefits Your compensation and benefits are important to you so they’re important to us. $127,895.72 - $217,768.39.
